What would cause your engine load to be stuck at 21psi :helpme:

I was told map sensor running a 5 bar map

Checked the map wires with volt meter .... reads 4.9 damn thing is maxed out. with engine off

No i cant give the damn thing no gas it stalls out.

the map should not be reading 4.9 volts with engine off
