Quick opinion on which valve springs to use for m3's
 

So yeah I'm getting ready to install some cosworth m3's next week in my IX and I can't decide between the gsc 5041 spring kit or the supertech dual kit that comes with the new reduced valve seals. Any thoughts guys which would be better for m3's??? I know its like splitting hairs but I would like some feedback please.

im sure anything dual will be fine for the m3's.
