EVO IX's and their appreciation
 

Anyone else get on kbb or nada from time to time and check the value of their evo, specifically you evo 9 owners out there, I remember last year about this time checking and my evo had probably around 24,000 in mileage, and i remember it was valued at 22k to 23k in excellent value on kbb, well just checked tonight on kbb and my evo is just over 25,000 in mileage and now kbb has it valued at $27K in excellent value, either way just curious who else out there is keeping an eye on their IX's value, it will be interesting to see how the IX's value goes over the next 5 years, my advice to the IX owners, if your thinking about selling, don't but if you must the market is definitely in the seller's favor as far as the IX's go{thumbup}

wow i just checked kbb and mine is valued at more than what i paid for it :D hope this trend continues

I own a IX MR with 49k, I do not plan on selling it any time soon.

I am not selling my evo I will keep it but if you see this days the value of the IX sometimes is more that the X. so that means that depreciates more that the ix.

In excellent condition KBB says mine is worth $28,413.00 w/ 18,400 miles on it. Maybe I should sell mine haha!

I checked mine the other day 28k. Thats what I paid 4 years ago.

dont do it man...search the forum there are ppl who had a X and traded it for VIII or IX cuz its not as power as the 4G63

kreeker if I am you I will keep it. It will have more value that the X and is way better. no match for the 9 and a lot of people that is what they look.

Anybody actually selling their IX's for that much though?

i have 80k on mine... don't think i'll get as much... :crap:

Just did KBB on my IX with 93k on it. In Very Good it's $18.7k. That's more than I paid for it 2 years ago.
