Car won't start (4g64 block w/ 4g63 head)

ok so here is the history of the car:

its a stock motor that i turbocharged. car ran great with the turbo setup, here is the list of mods:

Evo fuel rail and fpr
sti 565cc high z injectors
evo9 fuel pump
holset hy35 externally gated
evo8 ecu swap running Tephra v7 SD map
omni 4bar map sensor
GM iat
evo knock sensor
balance shaft delete
3" exhaust

car ran great and everything was good while tuning, decided to chang the manifold and the wastegate

right after i got the car from the exhaust shop with the new manifold and exhaust i decided to stop the tuning and do the sonata head swap and change few things and here is the new list:

Sonata head
hks 280 cams
fidanza cam gears
gates racing timing belt
cometic head gasket
A1 technologies head studs
FIC injectors with evo resistor pack
AEM fuel rail with guage
Toyota COP
evo intake manifol
evo TB with sensors

car started up right after the swap was done and ran great for about 10 days

then it started running stupid rich and no matter how much fuel the tuner pulled it still ran super rich and started idling like **** and barely wanted to idle and then it got to the point where it wont start anymore

here is the bad idle video

tested all the sensors and everything tested fine. swapped the map sensor. tps, iac, and even went back to my high z working injectors that i was running for a year and a half and still no change. no CEL whatsoever. i know its flooding the engine. timing is also fine as i checked the timing marks at the cam gears while the engine is in TDC.

tested the voltage and the pulse at the injector plugs and i have both voltage and pulse at all 4 connectors

also pulled the coils and tested for spark and they all have spark.

if i crank the car long enough and open the throttle all the way then i force it to idle but it sounds like its misfiring and running super rich

resistor pack tested at 6.6 ohm and the injectors at 2.2 ohm, some ass hat i knew insists that the resistor pack should be at 10 ohm cuz the ecu needs 14-16 ohm of resistance from the injectors and that with my current setup i must have fried the injector driver ( if thats the proper name for it )

everything i found online stated about 6 ohm is good

so one day i decided to pull the fuel pump relay and crank the car so i can burn the excess fuel that is flooding the combustion chamber. cranked the car and the car idled fine with the fuel pump relay pulled off and 0 fuel pressure at the rail.

i know that means the car is pulling fuel through vacuum to the injectors but does that mean the ecu is keeping the injectors wide open to allow it to idle ?

here is an idle video with the fuel pump relay pulled

I am stumped at this point and not sure what else to check

only thing i havent tested is the fuel pump and the ecu. unless im missing something else.

problem fixed. my ecu was bad. not sure what caused it to get fried but a new one fixed it
