Weird start/ no start issue ongoing issue. **Help**

Hey guys,

Thanks in advanced for reading.

So the here is the issue:

Initial cold start - You have to floor the gas pedal while cranking the car several times for it to start. Once started you can drive for about 10 minutes. After that, once you stop at a light the car will stall and die. Once dead, she does not want to start again. You might have to wait some time then floor the pedal and crank for quite some time because the car wants to start again.

First thing i checked was for boost leaks. Car has a slight one at the TB shaft seals like most cars. Not enough to make the car turn off and not want to start.

I then went ahead and changed the crank and both cam sensors . Issue remained.

Changed the map sensor and iac sensor. Issue remained.

Didnt change the TPS because I am able to log it and see that its working

Originally had a walbro 450 in there, swapped it for a double pumper - issue remained.

Swapped ECU's - Issue remained.

Lost at this point. Need help. :crap:

Thanks guys

Have you set your idle recently? Maybe you just need to adjust your BISS. I had a similar issue that seemed to go away when I did a proper BISS adjustment. You may need to set idle higher too with your cams. Just a thought.

Swapped in another set of 2150s and issue went away {thumbup}
