Spark Tech CDI unit order - Where's Craig?

Hi all, I've recently placed an order with Spark Tech for a Motec CDI Sequential Street/Road Race unit on the 14th of this month, and have yet to hear from Craig... Second email was sent on Saturday, so I'm not exactly being the needy ****.

Now for all the Spark Tech customers - does he typically not email to confirm that he's received payment and the order is under way like normal retailers?

I mean, I understand people are busy, but you might as well not be in business if you're not interested in responding to your customer's emails {thumbdwn}

I hope I do receive them in time for my tune booked for end of July

Can you do a charge back on your card? If you can, then do it and just buy the unit from vendor who has one in stock.

Do a chargeback? Cmon. We are all adults here..How many emails does the guy get covering the same thing. He is probably out in the shop building them.

With that mentality it will become harder and harder to do business or be a creditable human being.

The website clearly states 3-4 wks on CDI stuff. Craig is a small business owner trying to take care of the worlds needs. His stuff is build to order and you will most likely not find it anywhere on the shelf ready to go. Maybe he is too busy getting stuff done to reply to your email on a box that is suppose to ship in another week or two.

When you purchased it , you acknowledged the 3-4 wk time period. Be patient .

So many people are quick to take action instead of looking at the facts or taking two seconds and review things.

I'm well aware of lead times required for him to get the kit together, hence why I ordered the kit 2 months prior to my tune...

In saying that yes, you're correct in both those instances....

- We're all adults, and adults do responsible things such as responding to their customers when they've forked out a decent amount of money for "the best coils" in the market. Speaking about credible human beings........

- People are indeed quick to take action, however, you are probably unaware that I have made communication with him more than a month ago with regards to recommendations; if he can reply to get a sale from me, why is it not possible to receive an email confirming he's received payment?

And as a matter of fact, I will be getting it from another vendor. Here's to hoping the coils are better than the customer service side of things.

People like to preach when its not their money. I agree with all points. Hope you get your kit soon.

Maybe I read that wrong but that seemed like you ordered it 2 weeks ago.

I'm sure he knows that he needs to meet the 3-4 wk ship time. Hopefully everything works out for you.

I've ordered parts and waited patiently. Now, if the ETA is blown and there is lack of communication thats another discussion.
