Idle insanely high?

So several days ago I configured the idle with the evoscan actuator, it was set low and car occasionally died. i set it right, with idle being at 850-900 when warm. Now recently i started the car again and the idle skyrocketed to 2000rpm, i thought it was because it was cold but on a warm engine it still idles that high. To get it to go down i would sometimes rev it and it drops to maybe 1350, which is still high. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Sounds like the IACV

Also have you tried adjusting the boss screw?

Yeah i adjusted the biss screw, it was shortly after i fixed the idle that it started acting up, the issue came out of nowhere.

Not trying to steal your post... but I idle at 1200. Would this be considered high? Thanks, everyone's thoughts are welcomed.

I would consider that high. Normal should be like 800-850, any lower and the whole car vibrates, at least in my experience

Hey, thanks. I'll talk to my tuner about it (also may adjust it with the bolts on the top portion of the throttle cable).

Did you set it the right way with evo scan or a mut tool?
1 check your BISS screw.
2 warm up your car use evoscan to "Activate the SAS MODE"
3 check the idle, if its less than 800 use the BISS screw to raise it a bit...
