What's My Evo Worth?
1 Attachment(s)
I just want to see what people from different parts of the US think it would be worth in your area. I know they're priced differently in different places. For instance I have only ever seen two other Evos on the road where I live, one was a IX and one was a X.
2003 Evo TB 107k miles MODS: Intake cat-back grimmspeed 3-port walbro 255 TXS DV Tuned very conservatively to 250whp/225tq Belts were replaced about 4k miles ago I'm located in CT for the summer |
17k
|
Also live in CT where there are almost no 8's or 9's lol.
Would have to say 16k! |
Yeah they're non-existent here. I would say the same though, I just checked the local craigslist and there are about 5 or 6 all listed for 20k-25k!

2003 is the least desirable year as they are pre ACD/front LSD and so they are on the low end of pricing in the USA.
I'd say a good condition 2003 with over 100k is mid-teens, reasonably. |

Assuming no rust from salt, list at $17k, sell for $15k, once you got done negotiating. Maybe less, for a quick sale.
Assuming standard rust and corrosion, $12-13k. |
Interesting, seems like a pretty consistent mid to high-teens. What about a 2000 s2000 in very good condition with about 9k worth of mods (mostly cosmetic, coilovers, wheels, hardtop, etc. and intake, exhaust) and ~100k miles? I'd guess the market is probably better in warmer areas

Similar pricing to Evo VIIIs, I've noticed. Modifications don't seem to affect pricing since desirability is subjective. May be worth a bit more on Honda-Tech, but not to a casual buyer. |
I think S2k's are a bit pricier over here on the east coast. Lots of low mileage ones though

Low mileage demand hefty premiums around here because they are so rare. Overpriced, IMO. But....nice ones are scarce. |
