Identify these brackets
I need help to identify where these brackets go

OK the bottom is for the alternator to intake manifold but what's the top one. The one in the first pic

it mounts somewhere on the head... battery side...

I thinks it is off the head looks like it holds 2 sensors but where does it mount

it mounts on the right hand rear corner of the head (driver's side corner near firewall) i'm 99% sure its meant to hold a cluster of wiring.
