What's this part in evo7 engine?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and can't wait to join evo family.

I recently purchased EVO 7 GT-A in Japan, just wondering what's this part in the engine? I checked evo7 stock engine pics and they don't have this. Thanks for helping.

Just some advice, do as much research as you can to be able to know your way around the engine and body, which will help if you take it to a tuner or evo mechanic to work on.
You can download the manual online and go through that also to get to know the names of the parts.
