Help Rear Wiper won't work checked and replaced fuse
 

Rear wiper or spray will not work. was working on gauge install in the front of the car and now my rear wiper and spray doesn't work. I checked and replaced fuse even though it wasn't blown still doesn't work, anyone have any ideas what it could be. Also my radio will not work either and I checked and replaced that fuse and checked wires and ground, there is another radio fuse under the hood which is in some weird yellow case in the fuse box. Want to check that fuse too even though i doubt that is the problem, how do i pull the underhood fuse in the yellow fuse lock? Anyone know of any other reason why I may be having this problem? I am afraid something may of shorted out but have no idea where to look.
