O c'mon. This is so easy. Do a search!!!
This is how I did it.
0) Disconnect negative port for battery (I always forget and end up blowing tons of fuses)
1) pull knobs out of climate control
2) unscrew two screws holding the panel
3) yank it out
4) unscrew the 4 screws holding the factory CD. Ditch it.
5) I hope you have a harness already soldered or put together. Plug harness into the in-dash and plug the other end into factory harness.
6) Feed wire to in-dash brain (if you have one for the in-dash controlling the head unit) as far below as possible and reach under the 1-din cubby bay and pull it out.
7) pull open shifter console and remove center console as well
8) Cut a slit near the center console under your seat.
9) Put the brain under the seat. Feed wire through the console openings and slit
10) Connect all ground and feed lines.
11) Hold it down with velcro
12) Put console back together
13) Hook up all wires to head unit
14) screw it on tight and put everything back together.
15) PM me if you have questions
