I just bought a 05 turbo setup with:


megan o2 housing
megan manifold

when taking this apart I notice couple things:

two o2 housing bolt seemed to be forced in crooked leaving it extremely hard to remove without stripping them and leaving the hotside bolt hole needing retapped its stripped aswell.

also the sensor can not be removed due to the walls of the bolt like part of the sensor extremely rounded. i will have pics up today. If someone can tell me what I need to do next. Do you think buschur will help out any?
