Diy Page
so, lets make a compilation of all the diys and how to do them.
First off will be the headlight and taillight mod.
To take off the front headlight you will need to take off the front bumper first. The rear taillight can be removed from bolts inside the rear of the trunk. To open them up the smartest way will be to use a heat gun beacasue the oven may damage your lights. Please be extra careful with the rear light because it is fragile. Then scuff and spray with paint. After the paint is dry reassemble and possibly put some silicone on the edges.
Headshield aluminum
Fastest and cleanest way is to go buy some aircraft paint remover. This stuff will make the paint bubble off and u can just scrape it off and wash it with water then polish as liked. Some ppl like to just scuff the whole thing off with steel wool. Mothers metal polish will make things shiner.
Exhaust changes.
I have noticed that the resonators really restrict it down. Althought this is not a diy, go to a muffler shop and get new ones put in. Also, there is something in the muffler. A flap of some sort. I'm not too sure how to take it out. Someone please help.
I have also noticed that the intake pipes and manifold are quite dull. A few hp can be squeezed if u polish it wiht a air tool or dremmel.
Please add on to this =D
