Jdm bumper install??
I've looked at the threads regarding the install of the jdm ix bumper, but the pics were down. I wanted to know how i could modify the crash beam for the bumper to fit...or if i even had to modify it at all. Is it an easy install? or should i have someone else do it...

There is many ways to do this and one is check the DIY section as it will tell you how to do this mod.

I also am thinking of doing the jdm rear. However the only thing holding me back is i think i would need a jdm exhaust..i have the buschur now and i dont think it would look right. So instead of a 500 dollar mod it would be a 1500 dollar mod...because the only exhaust i would swap out the buschur for would be a ti exhaust. scratch that actually more close to 2000 dollars.
you wouldnt have to swap out your exhaust, you could take it to a shop and have them shorten it up some, then it wouldn't cost nearly as much as a new Ti exhaust...im expecting ahaha

yeah thats what im thinking now but i really like the exhaust thaat dave buschur put on his white daily with the muffler where the kat is supposed to be. I like that look...and i would like to stay br.
you have to shorten the supporting arms that hold the crashbeam out from the car about an inch. The posts should be about 11mm long when your done. If your in the Florida area I could do it for you, I have to do mine soon as well, just bring it by.
As for the exhaust, you could get it shortened. I think Buschur makes a kit to change over to their jdm fitting exhaust, just call them and discuss the options.
