Stripped thread...how to take out?
I tried taking out the iac motor but one of the screw has been stripped so it can't be removed from the throttle body. I tried using different sized phillip screwdrivers and flat heads but none worked. So how the heck do I take out this damn screw? Any tips?
Thanks in advance..

You should have ample room to get in there with a saw and cut a groove. If you cant seem to figure that one out then you could also try a pair of needle nose vice grips.
If the slot method doesn't work you could get a screw extractor set or find a drill bit the proper size to drill the head off them remove the threaded portion with a pair of vise-grips.
Definitely try cutting a slot first though.

I would definitely give the impact screw driver a try, I've used that plenty of times and taken out things I never thought would come out. Another idea if you can hold the piece still you can take a metal chisel and a hammer and hit it on one side to make a groove around the edge and then work the screw around. Penetrating oil is your friend in this case too, spray some on and let it sit for a while.
