For removing the axles you didn't have to take the rotor, caliper, and strut bolts out. You could also just remove the 2 bolts on the bottom control arm and separate the hub assembly from the control arm that way saving yourself from having to do an alignment.

good vid....

remove bolts holding ball joint to hub and will come apart...pay attention to groove in ball joint so to line it back up with bolt hole or you will get noise when reassembled.

thanks for the video i am currently doing a clutch and flywheel swap on my 2008 evo x and im having trouble seperating the transfer case from the transmission its coming out about half way and then stopping and i think the reason for this is i dident remove the input shaft from the driver side like you displayed in this video so i will try that thanks again .
