Hi guys i was wondering if there is a way to fix this interior dent? Probably ive shut the door to strong while there was a long pointy object in the car. Thanks for any input.

I would try the heat gun.remove it from the door and blow the heat gun from the other side.i know there's the foam but you can remove some around that spot and you can add it later.use some kind of non sharp object to push it back.and if you see that the spot is got to the original shape blow some keyboard cleaner on it so it can cool it down instantly.
