JDM / UKDM evo is really the only way to get the harness that connects all the servo motors and such together

I had these from a while back while talking to Biggiesacks; before I put them in my car he'd asked about some measurements so that he could mock up his own. They're not perfect, but they should get you the basics well enough
did u get the measurement of out thick the metal was?. i think i have to make the brackets.

You can, but those are very hard to find. If you get lucky and find an outlander with the auto climate, strip every climate-related part you can off of it haha

Yes, perfectly easy

All you need is the radio relocation kit for the bottom area of the dash and the 1-din climate control unit (the ones seen normally in the JDM/UK 8's and 9's). standard double-din kit for the top area and you're set to go

this doesnt' have a double-din installed, but you can see the standard location of the HVAC controller

Love this look and great job on the instructions. Is there different color knobs that you we can get or is it only gray? Beautiful work!

Big thanks to Demon for the thread
I would like to know how people are mounting the control box to the back of the radio relocation kit?
There is nothing there to secure the box.

The box or radio bolts directly to the dash structure and then the trim piece you posted clips on, same method as the top section

Thanks, Demon
I couldn't figure it out because I only have one extension so I couldn't bolt it to the dash right and make it sit nice and flush..
So now i just another extension.
