Very nice product. Looks like good quality craftsmanship. Can you tell us how thick the FB is around all the walls? Is it 1/4", 1/2", etc?
Also, any plan to make a 10" version of this same box? I have a JL Audio 10W7 and this enclose is nearly the perfect cu.ft. of airspace so would be ideal for me.

Thanks, the thickness depends on the area, as some spots will be thicker than others but generally the wall thickness will between 1/4 & 3/8 inch thick.
Normally if we were to make a 10 inch model it's airspace would be smaller to work with the more popular 10 drivers and it wouldn't probably be as deep (to achieve the smaller airspace).
It looks like your W7 would fit in the 12 inch enclosure(depth wise) and like you say is close to the proper airspace. We could build a custom 10" ring to be loaded into the 12" enclosure as their laying up the mat, you'd have the same overall look. We'd have to make a larger vinyl trim ring to make up the difference but that wouldn't be too bad. To get a thicker mounting ring we'd bond a 1/2 inch ring to the 3/4, giving ya 1.25 inch thick mounting ring. We'd also want to add a bit of thickness to the overall enclosure sense the W7 can get crazy loud!
So yeah, it looks doable, let me know what ya think and we'll go from there.

Unfortunately as of right now we only have the driver's side available. We have to start off with what appears to be the most popular option first, then we can look into others. Although it probably doesn't get filled that often you would have to unbolt a passenger side enclosure to get to the washer fluid. Our enclosure mounts from inside for a stealthy & secure mount, that would mean pulling the subwoofer as well.

The 12W7 is a massive driver, unfortunately there's not enough depth for it.
We can build a custom 10 inch ring to be loaded into the 12 inch mold to make a 10 W7 fit though. The enclosure's specs and space available make it almost ideal for the 10 W7.
PM if you want the details and I can make more sense of it.

Yeah, definitely PM Todd or call them. These guys will definitely work with you to see if there is something they can figure out for you.
When I posted earlier (see above) they immediately PM'ed me with a few ideas. In the end, I decided (based on their professional advice) to go with a 12W6 vs. the 10W7. My enclosure comes in early next week. Can't wait to get it installed and hear my new 12W6 bump.

I wanted to post a quick review of this enclosure now that I've had it installed for a little over a week.
1) Todd and the guys at Audio Integrations are very knowledgable. They helped me out tremendously (as you can see in the posts above). I was originally skeptical of this enclosure, but after talking with them figured I would give it a shot. I had nothing to lose since they say it has a 30-day return policy.
2) The enclosure build quality is top notch. The fiberglass is rock solid and 1/4" - 3/8" thick all around...which is thick for fiberglass. Carpet is a perfect match to our trunk. The trim ring is a nice touch.
3) I installed a JL Audio 12W6 and it fits perfectly in this box and is the right amount of air space. The bass is deep and tight. Exactly how a 12W6 should sound in a proper enclosure.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with this enclosure. Here are a few pics...
