Yes, this turbo kit can be upgraded to a 3065 or 35R with just swapping on a new turbo.

The 3071 kit is still here.

Yes, 3071 kit is still available.

21 psi on stock block and 91 oct. There are so many variables, other mods, tuner, fuel management, dyno type.

I can't answer it, nobody can.

Man, I wish I had more money to spend, I'm only at BR stage 1, so I'm a long way away from a turbo upgrade. Great price thought, good luck with the sale.
