I've got a pic for a WRX knob with deep grooves in it. This could give you an idea of what it would be on the Evo.
You can also get SHALLOW NARROW grooves, these are the DEEP WIDE ones:

Got it today. This piece is amazing in quality. It's lighter than I expected but after changing it out right away with the Greddy Counterweighted knob, I didn't feel much of a difference.

hey man i was wondering about the custom shift knob...how would you say it compares as to functionality to the greddy counterweight and the ARC Ti? how about in weight? is it counter weighted for better shifts? thanks- Nick
