do they come with stuff to stick it on/instructions like the oem window visors do?

There is 2 sided tape on the bottom of it.

As far as instructions... Mitsu doesnt include them. Not really needed. Its FAR from difficult. Clean your wing, pull the contact paper off of the tape and it gets stuck on the top of your wing all the way on the back.
