who makes the carbon splitter and how easy to install??

I would like to know about the splitter too, that thing looks very cool!

APR man! It is a bolt on the stock bottom replacing the factory under tray. Perfect for better downforce and reduce under scraping.

APR performance makes the splitter. For that price, I am going to get one. Oh ya, very easy to install.
