Injen Intercooler pipe and Intake Kit
I just wanted to put my 2 cents in.....
My mods:
Buschur racing 3" turbo back with high flow cat
SAFCII
Turboxs HPmbc
Injen intake with upper intercooler piping kit
91 oct. gas/94 temp. degrees.
320+awhp and 323+awtq.
Not bad if you ask me. For $365, I'm pretty happy with it. A member on here(I wont say who) who runs Buschurs complete stage 2 is also running about the same numbers. I think without a catalic converter I would have 10+whp/tq more.

Nice numbers either way.
Buschurs stage 2 design is the best design. If the Injen kit can even come close to it, then it's pretty good. I was just comparing your numbers to mine, just to refference that the Injen kit is not bad for the money. I would have definitely gone buschurs stage 2 but it just cost too much at the moment.
Oh on another note, dynoflash can control timing..... SAFCII, well, you can only add fuel when you see timing being pulled. I need UTEC!

Agreed.. The Injen works, and your car's performance proves it.
As we talked this over via PM, The reason I wanted to see our curves overlayed was to see the effects of the timing. When we can see the pulls overlayed we'll be able to answer quite a bit more. I'm a junkie so, I like every opportunity to compare.. Were you finding yourself adding fuel?
Compared to Buschur settings, we had to add fuel between 5krpm to redline. This netted more power. I will try to to talk to MAC about overlay of runs. They were too busy the last time I called.
i'm looking for this kit........... do you have it and how much?

However that kit says it comes with the lower pipe. That is incorret. Injen does not make that kit. The part number they have listed does not come with the lower pipe. It is only the upper intercooler pipe and intake.
I think what they mean by the lower pipe is the pipe coming from the cold side of the intercooler to meet to the pipe routing to the tb. I can also say that after hot lapping a couple times down my street. the ic pipe stayed cool to the touch. the weather outside was in the upper 60's lower 70's. anytime I would make a pass at the drag strip or get on it with the orginal ic pipe it would be very heat soak'd and hot to the touch. can anyone else with the IC pipe check and see if it the same for them.
Geo I can post a pic of the intake install on my car if you want me to.
