I asked Bilstein about this for a coworker that has an Evo, and the primary spring rates are 430 front, 460 rear, and use tender springs both front and rear.

I'm interested in these.

I assume these spring rates are given in lbs/inch. Are the springs for the Evo progressive as mentioned in the ad? Both front and back? Can the vendor confirm that these are the spring rates and if so, what exactly do the numbers refer to if the springs are progressive?
