I ordered one. It only took two days to get here. It goes in tomorrow morning!
So what do you think about it EVOTEXAS?
I am interested in how the car feels with this bar. The price shipped is really good. I am just unsure about a hollow swarbar. Yes, it is lighter, but is is strong enough. The Cusco piece is the same size, but solid. Just asking the question because I am thinking about buying one.

What will this do for our cars as in driving? Besides help understeer anything?
please do tell us how this tihng performs i'm between it and the cusco bar...
If it works as well as the Cusco 23mm rear 3-way you can get a reduction in understeer and you have the ability to set it for different track conditions. I have the Cusco and love it it was by far the best suspenion mod I have it has made the car a lot more neutral. I have asked my question on how it compares because a friend of mine is also wanting to get this bar but is unsure if will perfrom as well as the Cusco due to it being Hollow instead of a solid design.

Can you buy the greasable hardware by itself the Cusco uses stock hardware but new bushings.

check this out guys...
HOTCHKIS HOLLOW BARS ARE THE NEXT BIG THING? Evolution is constantly taking place over at Hotchkis. The latest offerings are hollow sway bars--they've engineered a series for many of their most-popular applications. While these are lighter than their solid counterparts, they've been engineered to have the same torsional energy as their solid predecessors, so no performance is sacrificed in order to decrease the weight of the car. We got an up-close look at some of the new parts and replaced the solid units under our in-house-project Grand National while we were there. It is important to get the wall thickness correct so the hollow bar won't kink or collapse while being bent. All Hotchkis bars are inspected for correct shape, size, and integrity during the manufacturing process. they used a sway bar on an A-body GM vehicle solid bar tipped the scales at 24lbs, hotchkis came in at 14lbs. Thats a reduction of 40+% and its suppose to be as strong as the solid couterpart.. WOW thats R&D if you ask me... cutaway: http://www.popularhotrodding.com/tec...ody15_zoom.jpg |
