Man I'm so ordering a matte black set Thursday night no doubt! Is there any fender rolling required on the Evo 8/9 stock metal? Lets say to fit a 245/4018 or 255?

I believe you need to roll the fenders, but not pull.

Also it depends quite a bit on ride height, camber, and the brand of tires. Some tires run wider than other (Federal 595's 245 is like other brand's 255s)

There is a gentleman that has recently moved to Texas that has the Option Lab Wheels currently mounted on his Evo 8/9. Although his car is not with him, I am very sure that he would help and advise on mounting and fender rolling - with either stock suspension or coilovers. Let me know and I will see if he would be available to help you out.
