Hi, I have a Pioneer DEH-P3500 head unit. Its motorized. For some reason it wont flip down anymore. It wont eject or fold down. There is a CD in it and it plays but wont eject. Anyone have any ideas?

 

There should be a reset button on the unit. Hit the reset button and hope for the best. The Kenwood HU in my Mazdaspeed Protege would do the same thing. If there is not a reset button just try disconnecting the negative terminal and reseting it that way.

 

Then I am screwed. I pressed the reset button and it just turns off. Thats it. Its done this before and then just folds down after a while but this is the longest its ever been stuck.

 

Your motor got mis aligned somhow. I had the same problem. Sent it in to Pioneer. If you have a waranty it is covered if not it will cost you $186.00
