i bought the hid conversion kit from blinglights. came with bulbs ballast and all the other stuff that you would need. the kit is completly plug and play

Got mine from hidplace.com. He has a thread in the interior\exterior for sale thread. There noticably brighter and has a lot more blue to it. YOu can see the blue even if you turn them on during the day. No complaints on mine.
