Don't you guys remember the old days when cars were fun. You were the hotness in your civic sitting an inch off the ground rolling on steelies with decals everywhere. As long as he is having fun who cares. Don't lie we all did the decal thing. And honestly they are tastefully placed.

 

It will hold its own, but it just upsets me that people are like that! I guess I was just raised in a different era. And if I was ever to meet that clown, I would be there to help him if he needed it, I doubt it would be the other way around though. I guess the world is going to crap, and its because we are raising people like the clowns above. OK, venting over now.

The bottom line is this: I don't want praise for what I did to the car, WE all have our reasons for doing this or that, its just the fact that someone can slam/complain/argue/post negative stuff, WHEN ITS NOT INDICATED, ASKED FOR etc... thats what I dont get. like it, or dont like it is perfectly fine with me. you dont have to say either. Look at the "views" alot more people viewed this thread, and moved on, some posted nice things-cool. But why waste time posting negative crap???!!!whats the purpose? I will get away from the pulpit and my preaching, it wont change the people it is directed to anyway!

Its a compilation of all the dumb and negative posts, start from the top and see. You just happened to say the last dumb thing in the "chain". re-read what you wrote, no matter how you try to place the "tone" or influction, it just looks like another post which was better off left OFF. I think you will know why if you re-read your post. Enough on this, lets move along.

 

I wouldn't add anymore stickers. It looks good the way it is. If you race it or take it to shows, you should look into sponorships because you have a clean evo with numerous mods.

Looks good. I would put some on my car, but where i race the opponent gets to look at everything besides under the hood. So i dont want them to know what i have Looks really good though. You should try to get some sponsors because there's nothing better than free S**T

 

Allow me to elaborate. You have your car where I want it to be performance wise. I'm going with a different exterior set up. I may even do stickers one day but not anytime soon, I work in such a lovely place in Jersey called Newark. The inner city folks are a pleaure to work with, so I'm not dissing them, heck some of them are my closest friends but I just couldn't see myself rolling with all those stickers everyday. The car stock, attracts two type of people, ricers and cops. I always make sure I am in sight of the cops view so he can see I'm not a kid, then you have your ricers, everyday I have at least one moron that is reving their engines at me. I couldn't imagine how it would be if I had the stickers.

So in the end, it looks good. I'm sure when I post pictures of my car when it's done, I'll have the typical "Looks good!" Looks like crap!" comments. I'm going to have to say that's the risk we take when we post pictures. Naturally, we want everyone to acknowledge the work or should I say the heart we put into our porject Evo's, however, some people won't. that's ok too.

I have a saying which you all know, it's an easy one. here it goes. It is what it is.
