Well it's true they will look the same pretty much That doesn't mean the compressor wheel and eveything is the same..

BR sells the install kits.

either way my car feels like a bullet and it is a blast to drive!

be very aware that the install kit, the lower intercooler pipe is ment for their upgraded intercooler, not the stock one. the stock piece will fit but with some fitment issues.

did u get ur car tuned yet? my test pipe is on its way so lets see how it feels after that.

It runs good right now but its still a little rich in some spots. I have to play with it more when the temp. gets a little more hot in WI. I also have cams which make a world of difference. Like David Buschur said the more you have done the more you will benifit from this turbo

Yea, this screwed me because I just assumed I needed to use the one they sent, so I had to take the entire turbo out just to put on my stock one. It was a major PITA. I love the turbo however, I can't wait to get my ECUTEK tune.

Mine climbs to 23-24 psi with the boost control turned off in 4th gear. Has anyone else experienced this. I didn't buy the upgraded actuator, and it still boosts too high for 91 ****. I've turned the waste gate 2 turns longer, and it is still too high. I guess I'll just keep turning it until it is low enough. I need to find a fix for this problem before I have the car tuned.

Is the 8.5MR Ti turbo the same as the 9 Ti turbo? Both say 10.5T, and I've been told they're the same, could anyone enlighten me?

That is:
TD05HRA-16G6-10.5T
