New slotted DBA rotors + pads on!
i just put on new DBA front and rear rotors. They are the 4000 slotted series. i matched them with some Endless ss-m brakepads. heres some crappy pics since i have bad camera skills. oh well
ill try to take some better pics later on.

ur rear rotors are fine but ur front rotors are facing the wrong direction, the slots should cust from the top of the pad to the bottom when rotating, not from the botom to the top even though it looks better like that
im not quite sure that your right, because these were labeled for which side they were on. and i checked with other sources and i they told me that they were correct. in the end, the slots are all facing the same direction, just that the calipers are on different sides i.e. fronts calipers are in a "front"location and the rears are in a "rear" location, but the slots all face the same direction. can anyone else chime in on this? i could be wrong.

this is the vane design. also the rotors were labeled left/right and i put them on accordingly so im pretty sure that they are on correctly
DBA kangaroo paw vane
The Kangaroo Paw features 144 precisely positioned diamond and tear-drop pillars. More than just making the disc stronger, the pillars provide a greater surface area than traditional straight vane designs. Greater surface area means more effective heat dissipation and cooler running disc rotors. The Kangaroo Paw disc rotors will quickly remove the heat, cool the discs, and return to optimal operating temperatures ready for the next braking application.
Cool air flows in from the centre of the disc, while hot air is forced to the outside of the disc - regardless of rotational direction. The pillars provide greater strength across the disc rotor and reduce the tendency for disc distortion.
More efficient cooling improves brake pad and disc rotor life, and helps reduce brake fade.

sigh, no one can read, i'm not talking about the cooing abilities of the disc, i'm talking about the sweep of the slots across the pads, they should sweep from top to bottom, not from bottom to top
