because this is a tude and fin I/C and there are Bar and plate ones out there with far better cooling effecieny then this one. I've felt upper I/C pipes on cars running the buschur FMIC and they were actually cool to the touch. My Upper I/C pipe was cooler then stock but no where as cool as the bar and plate ones. HOWEVER, with the stock turbo this was a good I/C because it wasn't soo large that it would reduce spool time.
