our plates are bigger than that...and we dont have lips on the c-west, just the front bumper

 

I went this way on my old C-west (before I smashed the bumper + plate to bits) but if I'm honest I never really took to the position of the plate...

 

yeah .. thanks for all the pictures .. but i think i may have to drill into the bumper and place it in the stock position .... i wish i didn't have to

this is a nice piece .. but the one i got is only 2 screws into the bumper ... and it can swival down so it will be at an angle ... can't find any pictures of the mount .. but once its re-painted and mounted .. i will post some pictures
