What rear bumber is this EVO running?

I guess its true you need to modify the rear voltex rear fender... it seems to fit alot better... no gaps or bulges like I see on other pics of cars with the voltex rear fender

From what I understand, you can order the Voltex rear wide fenders for either the JDM 9 rear bumper/OEM or Voltex sideskirts OR the C-West rear bumper and sideskirts.
They're obviously running the C-West kit with the Voltex wide fenders F&R.
