Cusco? If so I have the same one. I like it, but it's a pain in the butt to keep clean with it sitting undet the hood vent and water getting all over it.

 

looks good. did you notice any diff in putting the snorkel on? i would like to know since i have the same intake

 

Most people leave the snorkle on.

I like it, if your stock ex mani coated? My fave is the ARC, but the Cusco is very similar and still nice.

 

I had someone install my intake, and no, my manifold isn't coated aftermarket. The Evo 9s come with coating. I like the ARC too, but as you can see, my EGT guage goes right where the ARC emblem would be, so I'd have to cut through it, making it look bad.

I have a JDM Evo IX and it doesn't have a coating unless u call rust a coating haha

How do you explain mine having no rust on it, then? How do you explain the new Evo IXs having the blue coating that people have claimed to have on their cars, in another thread I made.

Yes they do. There was another thread on this topic. The IX's being released in the last few months, have coating now, along with a different ECU map.
