So i was looking to replace the Evo 9 stock EvolutionMR badge with a black UK style badge. While looking at various badges i came across something which i thought was a better match for the wing. Lettering is real CF while the red "MR" past is the standard badge from LancerShop. While at it i also decided to replace the Mitsubishi logo (trim it down to 2/3 of it's size while at it) with a CF version.

The MR badge can be purchased from LancerShop.com but the Mitsu logo in CF is currently sold out.

 

Not a fan of carbon fiber...but, that's pretty damn slick. Nice and subtle.

 

I wanted a black UK badge with MR in red but when i saw a CF version i could not resist. It looks black from head on but at some angles when the sun/lights hit it the right way you can see its CF. Same with the diamonds.

 

ill be the first 1 to say I don't like it.

 

I took more shots in the evening hours. As you can see, the badge looks like a regular black badge unless you look close.

Its cool letMeIn, i did not expect everyone to like it. Its just something i like for myself.

 

i was planning on doing the same thing to my evo, minus the mitsu badge. hot stuff

 

I like the CF badging, it's pretty cool.

 

damg it. I just bought a silver one last week. hmm...I wonder how the c/f badge would look with my c/f trunk??
