that is a pretty standard finish for non prepped bumpers from the factory...looks 100% normal to me. companies like ings come prepped for paint, so the finish is much better.

PJ's bumper will go out either at the end of the week or early next week.

bumper had perfect fitment out of the box. The bumper is getting painted as I type this. Will post pics when it is done!!
