Alright sounds good guys, I'll look for one of those "touchless" car washes for now until it gets nice out again where I can wash it myself... Thanks for the advice...

Like I mentioned earlier, if you get the basic wash, you do not get the under carriage wash, which is what you want if you drive in heavily salted areas. I am meticulous with my car, I have never noticed any type of stains on my car.

I think the water pressure is too high @ those car washes thats why I refuse to use them . Ever try putting your hand infront of the water jet?

Id hand wash it with warm water and just wear a lot of clothes. Or, go for a quick jog/run and make yourself really warm with a lot of clothes on and just wash it real fast, pull it in the garage (hopefully is a little bit over freezing), and run inside... I have done this, but i now wash it completely in the garage...

I only use the touchless washes that laser aline. Im too paranoid to use any that requires you to place the wheel in a holder. I rather the high pressure nozzles over a sand filled wash cloth anyday.

I agree. For my TB, it only leaves hard water spots on my car in the summer time. I go through a touch free wash in the winter time and it doesn't leave spots. I only use em in the winter anyway.
