Defi VSD Concept HUD Display
it doesn't project boost?? sounds useless to me unless you autocross heavily and need to monitor your oil temp's, but even THEN, you're on the course for 2 min's max, why you'd need this beyond bling is. . .beyond me :P
I ran the Defi VSD Basic for awhile. It doesn't hook into the link system, but it will display RPM's and/or speed.
I'm took it out and I'm not using it anymore. I think I had a loose connection, so I just took it out and haven't got to putting it back in - probably won't. If anyone is interested in it, pm me.

You have to drive at 40mph and hold a button to calibrate speed. Neither of the 5 stock options are right on.
When you are gonna beat the evo, you just hit the brightness level button a couple times. The 2 sequential leds are bright enough for me mid day if unit is positioned properly to reflect off the reflective sticker.

i had this on my old evo..... the speedo isnt 100% accurate... then again i used vamp taps instead of soldering so who knows. still useful.
shift point on this isnt very useful, its alil too small as its only represented by DOTS (which isnt very good for quickl glance reading) or numbers (just as annoying).
i'd only buy it again if i saw a deal.
