i bought a lip for my evo 8 however the lip is mighty short. The mounting holes are not in the correct spot for a evo 8. Is this lip for a 9?

 

Not everything on Ebay is great quality......
It desnt look like a IX lip.

 

i bought it off a member here. i think he ripped me off

what is the difference between the 8 and 9.Is the 9 more narrow

 

Yup, narrow in the front and the sides, bigger on the ends.

Cause they are shaped differently.....IX lips are fatter on the ends.

See if you can find out if the lip is from eBay-er BaysonR...his is the good one. Click Here! If it is one of his, see if he will work a deal to get one that is not FUBAR'd...he does stand behind what he sells. OTOH, you may be screwed: you're not the original purchaser.
