My Aussie Evo IX + Others

UPDATE: 02/06/08

Met up with some of the boys last night and took some pics, only one for now. Will have more later.

UPDATE: 14/04/08

As mentioned below, I want CE28s. I've harassed many people on this forum running 18x9.5 +34 rears with 255/35 asking the same question over and over to see if they rub on the fenders. I'm completely against rolling the fenders on this car (have done it on my last car and didn't like it), so wanted to make sure that I could this aggressive setup without having to do so. My answers were always that I didn't need to and although that would be enough for most people I wanted to be 100% sure for myself on my car as we all know this setup isn't exactly cheap so I don't to be messing about with them after the purchase...

So as a result I was fortunate enough to score a set of Time Attack CE28s in 18x9.5 +34 all round to trial fit on my car, and this was the result:

...they not only looked fantastic but didn't scrub at all, I took them for a drive over some bumpy roads and they didn't contact the fenders once! I'm stoked, so can't wait till I haven't gathered the funds to purchase a set for myself.

P.S. I will be running 18x9.5 +28 fronts as opposed to these +34 fronts

UPDATE: 27/03/08

So 7 months later my car is now fitted with (in no particular order):
- Ohlins DFV
- GruppeM intake
- BeatRush licence plate holder
- JDM CT9A aerial
- Ralliart CF front lip

Still need to fit up my APP braided brakes lines, will do that when I purchase some pads and flush the brake fluid and replace with Motul RBF600.

After that it will have to be CE28s and semi-slicks for the stocker rims

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey guys,

Thought to post up some pics I took of mine (white) and my friend's (silver) IXs taken yesterday, mine is 100% stock, whilst my mate's has the Tomei Expreme kit, Sard cat, HKS Hi-Power Silent and Greddy EBC...enjoy

Hahaha...it's bitten and I'm very itchy...LOL...just the funds don't allow for much to happen right now...

I've got Ohlins DFV coil-overs waiting to go in (currently under my bed ) and have just ordered a Gruppe M intake...

Really wanting to get the cosmetics side of things completed, just Ralliart lip and 18x9.5 CE-28s but just can't fund them right now...

Thanks for the kind words guys
