Leather Care For the SSL evos

I got an 05 ssl. The leather in the back seat turned brittle after about 1 month of ownership. Its parked in the garage, and parked underground when im at work, so the only sun it sees is when im driving it. What does everyone use to keep this leather supple? or is it a lost cause

go to www.autogeek.net and pick up some really good leather conditioner. The stuff on there will blow away Meguiars and mothers.

I use Zaino, That stuff is great! it keeps the leather soft and it holds the leather smell. Z-9 and Z-10 is the stuff you want

I will check those suggestions out. So far i have tried, Lexol (makes the seats almost sticky no matter how much wiping i do), Mothers(mothers does nothing and in my opinion smells horrible) and Meguires (smells great, but it just doesn't penetrate.

I tried the lexol, and the Meguires worked better for me. I wonder if different conditioners work better on different seats. If ya think about it, no two cars shared the same cow for leather. What if one cow had a skin problem that prevented him from having supple skin?

Yeah, I hear ya man. I'm pretty sure the ranchers don't have time to apply SPF sunscreen and regenerating lotion to their cows either.

Well, I haven't tried any other products besides Meguairs Gold Class leather cleaning/conditioning wipes. They leave the surface slick and after you wipe it off/buff it out, it still feels a lil tacky. It seemed to help nourish the leather, but not really mind blowing results.
