clear bra getting installed today

I dropped my car off this morning to get a Venture Shield clear bra installed on the car (bumper, hood, fenders, headlights, and mirrors). I'm also thinking about having the carbon fiber blade of the wing done, do you guys think this would be beneficial and worth the additional cost?

I cannot see why you would want the wing done...but then again I am wingless!

i shoulve gotten mine done too, but how much will it cost plus how much additional will it be to get the wing done? I do know for a fact that the clearcoat on the wing starts to peel off after a while....

I'm probably the only one who thinks the bra looks bad. Especially on white, since the vinyl yellows after some time. However, I do think you have a good idea wrapping the wing with it. Show pics when you get it back!

The Venture Shield film doesn't yellow like the 3M film does, its a much higher quality product. As soon as I get a price on the wing I'll let you guys know, the installer is going to take a look and get back to me.

Its going to be a lot, but I'll post up when I get the final bill. This Venture film is about double the cost of 3M film, but from everything I've seen its worth it.

Thinner, clearer, smoother, stronger. This is the stuff Ferarri approves.

Sure it does, but with a warranty, who cares?

I too am not fond of the visible line of these things.....but my next car will have it none the less!

Props to protecting your paint

The front end of my S2000 got so badly chipped up, I just don't want that to happen to this car too. I'll post the final price and some pics later on.

I need to get some wax on the car too...

I talked with the installer and decided against doing the wing; since the film lets UV pass through he said it wouldn't do much to prevent the clear coat from fading.
