It took me about 10 minutes to tape off each wheel... about another 20 minutes to sand each caliper. I used 1 coat of primer fairly thin, and made sure that i liked the results as to how the calipers were covered and made sure they were smooth. I used 2 coats of the caliper paint, its fairly thick when sprayed so it doesnt take much to cover it. I allowed about 20 minutes for the primer to dry and then 10 minutes between coats for the red. I was also using a kerosine heater to help with the drying process. After i was done with the red, i waited about 2.5 to 3 hrs for it to dry... stuck the decals on and then cleared following the same steps i did with the red only using 4 thin coats instead of 2 normal coats.

looks nice. I'm tempted to go with black when I do mine. Then again, I have seen a thread on here stating that you don't even have to actually paint it, just chip/peel off all the clear and re-clear the calipers. Good as new.

Either way, lookin' good.

i thought about trying that as well... but i had gouges in my front caliper that thanks to a lot of sanding and some painting patience you cant really tell any more. I dont know how they got there either.
