Yeah I feel you on that. Im not a fan of that double steering column mount either. I also dont like the pillars mounts. Just gives people a reason to try to mess with you when they see that or give some dumbass a reason to break into your car. I just ran 1 gauge and that was boost.

i have the 3 gauge pod where the stereo goes. defi boost,oil pressure,and egt. steering pod is wideband. i just need one spot for a aqua mist gauge
Just a quick question what kinda tape are you guys using for the guage pods on the top part of the dash? I tried like 3 different kinds of tape and none of em stick to the dash. =(
I know its not the dash but just for reference.... the steering column I tried to use the 3M stuff that came with the pod originally..... that didnt work.
I then only used tape in the back and it didnt hold worth crap. I just raised the steering wheel almost all the way and popped a small black screw in each corner up front. You couldnt even really see them and it didnt move. Worked for me.

apillar gauge pod, full replacement, 60mm, best 45 bucks I ever spent, fits like a glove, very, very clean, and re-used my stock speaker cover..better pics will follow in a couple of weeks
