Tail lights fogged?

I just put jdm mr taillights on my ix mr, and after i drive for a lil while, they seem to have some condensation and fogging on the inside of the housing...anyone know what this is??

There is moisture inside the seal. I would return them and get some new ones, it isnt that serious, but it looks crappy (IMO) and could short a bulb possibly.

i bought my car used and right now its cold out and my headlgihts are starting to have moisture inside of it and fogging up and i dont know what to do =/

means there is a small crack or broken seal... if they are new i would return them
