Seibon Cf Generator fitment issues

So I bought a Seibon cf vortex generator from cvr morotsports and the fitment is horrible. The lines don't match up at all and the edges next to the drip rails stick up and don't sit flush with the vehicles roof at all. Now they are telling me it won't be warrantied because I drilled the hole for the radio antenna because it didn't have one. Has anyone else had this problem? I wouldn't really care except it sticks up so much on the sides that I don't want it to catch wind and fly off. So whats everyones opinions on this?

Post pics.

Maybe you can use a grip of double sided tape to make it stick right?

Yeah that sounds like what im going to have to do... I talked to Seibon today and thats what they said is it would have to be modified. I mean I know it cf so there would need to be a little modification but damn... Imma have to halfway rebuild this thing myself... oh well. I don't want to just fill in the holes I want it to fit how it is supposed to. We'll see what happens. Ill post pics soon.

there are quite a few threads about this. I read about it when I was lookin to get one and decided to go with rexpeeds. Was something to do with the curve of the roof on an MR apposed to others or something like that. People tool dremels to the edges to fix it which has been posted here.

There is no hope. This was the first mod on my evo, took me 4 hours to make it fit *its best* that it would, still flew off. Well, half of it. I drilled the hole, dremelled, taped like there was no tomorrow......still no luck. $300+ down the drain
