hey guys, just bought a seibon vr lip to replace my apr splitter that got run over/kicked to the ground. stabilizer bars ripped outta the bumper...it was ugly.

i was wondering if anyone has the vr lip. i need to know if it replaces the lower wind deflector (smaller bottom part of the front bumper thats a separate piece) or if it is meant to go over it and also if anyone has any pointers for me to relay to my autobody guy on installation.
